While the 2018 World Series of Poker is in full swing in Las Vegas, organizers in Rozvadov are busy preparing for the 2018 WSOP Europe. Earlier this week, WSOP officials announced the official schedule for the 2018 WSOP-E.

This year’s series will run from October 9 through November 2 at King’s Casino in Rozvadov and will feature 10 bracelet events and €13.9 million in guarantees.

WSOP-E to Feature Two Events With €5 Million Guarantees

The 2018 WSOP Europe will feature ten bracelet events, all with guarantees ranging from €100,000 all the way to €5 million. The €550 Colossus will kick off on October 9 and will feature 8 starting flights over five days.

Other preliminary multi-flight events include Event #2, the €1,650 6-Handed NL Deepstack and Event #5, the €1,100 Monster Stack.

There are two High Roller Events in this year’s series. Event #8 is the €25k High Roller with single re-entry and a €1 million guarantee. The other is Event #9, the €100k Super High Roller with Unlimited re-entry and a massive €5 million guarantee.

The WSOP-E Main Event also features a €5 million guarantee and will feature two starting flights. If you bust out of the first flight, you can re-enter into the second. The Main Event will kick off on October 27 and 28.

WSOP-E Will Cap 6 Week Fall Festival

The World Series of Poker Europe will cap off a six-week Fall Festival at King’s Casino, including a WSOP Circuit stop. The Rozvadov WSOP-C stop will kick off on September 20. Last year’s event September stop featured 14 events.

Including the Circuit events, the Fall Festival will feature over €15 million in combined guarantees. Speaking about the upcoming festival, King’s Casino owner Leon Tsoukernik stated, “It was a dream to host WSOP Europe and I can’t wait to do it again. We hope everyone who came last year comes back for our warm hospitality and generous offerings, and for those who missed out, please join us for Europe’s biggest poker event of the year.”

WSOP Executive Director Ty Stewart also commented, stating, “King’s Casino does everything big and first class, so we can’t wait to return to Rozvadov for the 2018 World Series of Poker Europe. With €13 million in guarantees on bracelet events, plus a phenomenal cash game scene, we highly recommend you make plans to join us this fall in Europe’s best kept poker secret.”

Including the current WSOP series in Las Vegas, there will be a total of 89 WSOP bracelets awarded in 2018. The Las Vegas series will award 78, the WSOP Europe will award 10 and one bracelet will go to the winner of the WSOP Circuit Global Championship.
